world oceans day

Saturday, June 8

LEARN ALL ABOUT THE OCEAN, THE IMPORTANCE IT IS TO OUR SURVIVAL, AND HOW YOU CAN HELP SAVE IT!

On June 8, World Oceans Day, people around the globe come together to honor the ocean that connects us all. A healthy ocean is essential to life on Earth. It generates most of the oxygen we breathe, helps feed us, regulates our climate, cleans the water we drink, offers potential medicines, and provides endless inspiration.

This year, we’re highlighting our conservation partnerships and collaborative efforts to protect our oceans for future generations.

This event is free and open to the community. Please note: Admission to the Aquarium Adventure Exhibit is required for activities located inside the exhibits.
